This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes the rules and restrictions that apply to your use of the RBG Trades OS and any services provided by Riddall Business Group Inc. By using our services you agree to comply with this policy.2. PERMITTED USE
The RBG Trades OS is provided exclusively for legitimate business operations. You may use the system to:
Manage leads and sales opportunities for your business
Automate client communications for your business
Schedule appointments and manage your calendar
Process payments for your services
Manage your team and business operations
Build and maintain your online reputation3. PROHIBITED USE
You agree not to use the RBG Trades OS for any of the following:3.1 Illegal Activities
Any activity that violates applicable Canadian or US federal, provincial, or state law
Fraud, deception, or misrepresentation
Money laundering or financing illegal activities3.2 Harmful Communications
Sending unsolicited commercial messages (spam) to individuals who have not consented
Sending threatening, harassing, or abusive messages
Impersonating any person or business
Sending communications that contain false or misleading information3.3 Privacy Violations
Collecting personal information without appropriate consent
Sharing or selling personal information collected through the system
Violating CASL, TCPA, PIPEDA, PIPA, CCPA, or any other applicable privacy law3.4 System Abuse
Attempting to access or modify any other client's sub-account
Attempting to reverse engineer or copy RBG's systems or methodologies
Reselling or sublicensing access to the RBG system to any third party
Using the system to build competing products or services
Attempting to overload, disrupt, or compromise the platform3.5 Inappropriate Content
Storing, transmitting, or distributing illegal content
Content that is defamatory, discriminatory, or harassing
Content that infringes on any third-party intellectual property rights4. CONSEQUENCES OF VIOLATION
If we determine that you have violated this Acceptable Use Policy we may:
Issue a warning and require immediate correction
Temporarily suspend your access
Permanently terminate your service without refund
Report illegal activity to appropriate law enforcement authorities
We will use reasonable judgment in determining appropriate action based on the severity of the violation.5. REPORTING VIOLATIONS
